Dr. Derek Jorgenson received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree from the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) and his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Toronto (Canada). He has extensive clinical practice experience in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and as a consultant to various interprofessional health care teams.
