Even though the techniques for drug discovery became more diverse for the last 20 years starting with high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry, virtual screening, fragment-based design, and "omics", the number of approved drugs is continuously decreasing. A series of Nature papers attributes the problem to the lack of translational..
