Study assesses the impact of an inpatient Computerized Physician Order Entry (POE) system on prescribing practices. Department of Pharmacy Services developed a system in collaboration with Information Technology of the Aga Khan University Hospital that alerts the dose adjustment when physician enters the order of drugs requiring the renal..
