The international migration of health workers is a highly politicised and publicised issue that impacts significantly on human resource for health investment and planning, migration policy, and ultimately health systems and service delivery. There is a paucity of research on root drivers of migration and potential opportunities for policy.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
