Aims Computerized prescriber order entry (CPOE) is an application in which prescribers write order online to decrease medication errors. This system has been introduced into our hospital for 6 years but order entry errors, which resulted in medication errors, are still noted. We carried out this interventional study mainly to reduce the order.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
