  Introduction: Nigerian pharmacy laws allows non-Pharmacists to sell medicines.
  
  Although they are licenced to sell only non-prescription medicines, they sell prescription medicines because of poor supervision. Genuine medicines and quality pharmaceutical care is not available to rural populace.
