Dissociation constants of some compounds have been determined using (i) derivative ratio spectrophotometry, (ii) multivariate methods using absorbances and absorbance ratio data. For the PLS method, the training set was constructed by computation using a general formula UAa + DAb where U+D= 1 and Aa and Ab are the absorbances of the completely.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
