Aimes: The aimes of this study is to investigate the efficiency of plasmid DNA (pDNA)/polyethylenimine (PEI) complex (polyplex) and pDNA/PEI/polyanion complex (ternary complex) as gene delivery vectors in a human hepatoma cell line HepG2.
Methods: pDNA encoding luciferase gene was complexed with PEI at various charge ratios. It awa also.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
