A rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of clozapine in human plasma. A simple extraction step with acetonitrile was done. The analysis was performed on a C18 (3.9 x 150 mm) reversed phase analytical column with the wavelength fixed at 280 nm. The mobile phase consists of..
