In Ghana and most resource-limited settings (RLS), there is poor utilization of information technology to support patient care. Whilst several pharmacies in both hospitals and the community have access to computers, these are almost exclusively used for stock and financial management. Few, if any, of these IT tools are used to label medicines for..
