Acute pain is a direct consequence of tissue injury like surgery. Pain after surgery is defined like moderateÂ to severe. According to standard protocol for pain treatment in surgery the first choice treatment are opioid and semiopioid drugs. A retrospective observative work between the years 2006-2009 at the General surgery B department (GSB)..
