Written medicine information (WMI) is often designed and written without the consumer input. Thus, it isn't surprising that literature reveals consumers do not value WMI leaflets. The reasons may be poor readability and presentation, and limited consumer focus. Objectives: To determine the needs and expectations of consumers in the development.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
