Oxybutynin (OXB) has been widely used to improve the symptoms of overactive bladder, but the oral administration of this drug has been limited by poor tolerability as a result of frequent adverse events of anticholinergic nature. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop and characterize the vaginal bioadhesive liposomal gel formulations.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
