Amphotericin B (AB) was used for systemic fungal infection. AB may decrease renal function resulting in renal tubular necrosis and electrolytes imbalance. The adequate hydration of AB may be useful to decrease nephrotoxicity. We retrospectively checked the records to discuss the differences in renal function and electrolyte between hydration (HG).. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
