Background: Warfarin has narrow therapeutic window and requires closely monitoring of PT/ INR values. Alerts for extremely high PT/INR values may prevent severe hemorrhages. However, it is not clear if the same clinical outcomes may be achieved before and after switching from manual reminders (MR) to a cell phone alert system (CPAS) in a tertiary.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
