  • Abstract:

    The content uniformity of low dose drugs continues to pose a problem particularly in direct compression.

    The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of mixer type and number of rotations on content uniformity of Risperidone tablets contains less than 0.5% w/w in microcrystalline cellulose with various particle characteristics.
