    Objectives: Taiwan Health Authority announced the "Rare Disease Prevention and Orphan Drug Acts" in Feb 9, 2000. Several purposes are depended on this Acts: decrease the happening rate of rare disease, provide early diagnosis of rare disease, take care of rare disease patients, obtain the necessary medication and nutrition support for patients
