Background information: Continuing professional development (CPD) requires pharmacists not just to maintain a high level of education but also to reflect on their practice to identify and implement desirable improvements into practice. Hypertension is a typical area where a number of well-established evidence treatment gaps exist in primary care.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
