  • Abstract:

Ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug having a half-life around 6 hours. Formulation of KT in a sustained released form can be beneficial not only in reducing dose frequency but also in minimizing the severity of KT adverse reactions.

This study aimed to formulate sustained release KT by preparing solid dispersion..
