  • Abstract:

A simple, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was developed and validated for the determination of azithromycin in human plasma. Roxithromycin was used as an internal standard. The method utilized protein precipitation with acetonitrile. Separation was performed on a C18 column with a mobile phase of 50 mM..
