Background
The Patient Activation Measure (PAM) is a validated and reliable tool designed to assess a patient’s level of engagement in managing their own health. PAM has been used in multiple sectors of the healthcare industry but there is limited data from pharmacists using this tool to identify and address medication-related problems (MRPs)...
