A gap in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategic planning in colleges and schools of pharmacy has been identified. There is a need for faculty development and improved integration of EDI into pharmacy curricula to prepare student pharmacists to improve equitable health outcomes for patients.
