BackgroundThe Kappa Opioid Receptor (K-OR) was traditionally considered a target for analgesia. Studies have also shown its association with reward pathways making it a novel target for addiction management. Salvinorin A, (Salvia divinorum spp.), is the only known non-alkaloidal and selective K-OR full agonist.
MethodsA dual approach- Virtual.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
