To develop charge rebound, pH triggered and micro-environmental responsive Green tea loaded biodegradable topical nanogel against melanoma.
Ion gelation technique was used to synthesize nanogel. TEM & SEM were used for surface analysis. Hemolysis, MTT and Apoptosis assay were evaluated for toxicity analysis. DMBA-Croton oil..
