    Background

    NAFLD is common liver diseases in clinic. Retinoic acid metabolism is involved in the regulation of various physiological functions. Retinoic acid deficiency can promote the occurrence and development of NAFLD.

    Methods

    High fat diet and methionine-choline-deficient diet-fed mice were used. Retinoic acid metabolism detected by LC/MS.
