Background
Pakistan is a multiethnic lower-middle income country with literacy rate of 58%.and 74 regional languages. Due to low literacy rate, poor health facilities and lack of qualified professional like pharmacists in the system, a large number of patients do not know the proper and efficacious use of medicine leading to medication related..
