Advances in the combinatorial chemistry and high throughput screening of the compound librar-ies for pharmacological activity resulted in the increase of the new chemical entities (NCEs). Determination of the biopharmaceutical properties such as intestinal permeability of these NCEs is of sure of crucial importance at the drug development phase.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
