Background
While some studies examined absenteeism among health workers in general, little to no attention has been given to absenteeism in the pharmacy setting, which impacts many developing countries.
Methods
Semistructured interviews were conducted with a purposeful sample of community pharmacy staff in Islamabad and Lahore. Directed content.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
