    Background

    The Dutch Pharmacogenetics Working Group (DPWG) of the KNMP has been developing pharmacogenetic guidelines since 2005. These guidelines are therapeutic (dose) recommendations for patients whose genotypes are available. However these guidelines do not indicate patients eligible for genotyping.
