    Background

    Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) systems are widely used to prevent prescribing errors with drug allergy in hospitals, but this function may fail due to the allergy alert override. To increase the awareness of allergy alert while prescribing, the CPOE systems should be optimized by integrating clinical decision support system..
