  Background

  Clopidogrel resistance has been reported many times and is believed to be related to the gene polymorphism of cytochrome P450. Based on the cost of clopidogrel in patients with different genotypes, this study evaluated the economic feasibility of CYP2C19 gene detection guiding clopidogrel for antiplatelet therapy.
