  • Abstract:

    Background

    “Patient Drug Usage Safety” is a key goal in quality care. Drug usage is common but each process from the issuance to dispensing of drugs may be over-sighted. We formed a plan to reduce Near-Miss Events (NME) to improve safe drug usage.
