Background
In an era were pharmacists globally work collaboratively with patients’ and other health care providers (HCP) in all types of patient care settings; practice of clinical pharmacy services (CPS) in Libya is scarcely reported.Methods
A Cross sectional study design was employed. The sample size was calculated and a pre-validated.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
