Background

A random cross-sectional household survey was conducted (n=1100) from Dec 2016 to Aug 2017 in Sri Lanka. An interviewer-administered survey was used to assess knowledge, experiences, beliefs, expectations, use, and requisition of antibiotics from pharmacies for common infections (common cold, acute sore throat, diarrhoea, wounds..
