  Background

  Pharmaceutical compound are sensitive to contamination during manufacturing and also usage periods (1). Some medical products such as injections, ophthalmic preparations, dialysis solutions must be sterile for prevent the microbial degradation and infection development. Steril products must not contain any type of microorganisms (2).
