Background
Number of colleges offering Doctor of Pharmacy degree in India has risen from 0 to 235 in the last decade. Most of the faculties teaching in these institutions are young and inexperienced, resulting in suboptimal student outcome.Methods
Thirty two (32) faculty of an accredited college were enrolled in a 4 credit, 15 Modules & 60 contact.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
