Influence of different types and flocculants’ concentration on suspensions’ containing prednisolone acetate (PA) stability was observed. Having bad-wetting properties, PA particles form large aggregates and adhesional wetting occurs.
Methods: Samples a-g were made containing 0,5% PA in distilled water with: a. 5% glycerol; b.0,25%, 0,5% and 1%.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
