Background
Cognitive service aims to identify and resolve drug therapy problems (DTPs). In Taiwan, lack of remuneration as a barrier brings on low willingness to provide the services.
Methods
Data was collected in a regional hospital during 2017. Each service was documented using AABBCC classification system, evaluated for severity of the problems.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
