Background
Little information on the quantitative determination of CYP3A activity and pharmacokinetic characteristics of amlodipine (AML) in postpartum women can be obtained.Methods
Twenty-four early postpartum women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and 22 non-peripartum women with essential hypertension were enrolled. All patients were treated..
