BackgroundSince the February 2016 release of USP <800>, the efforts to renovate facilities to meet compliance with these new standards have been significant.
MethodsPharmacist and nurses must be included in the design phase along with expert clean room consultants or likely problems with workflows, design and function and may result in compliance..
