In oncology therapy there has been an increase in the use of immunomodulators for different types of cancer. Because cardiotoxicity is a common side effect of these drugs, it is important to evaluate these undesirable effects to better understand how the healthcare professionals can intervene and improve the therapeutic outcomes.
