Access to drug information (DI) is crucial to support the evolvement of direct patient care pharmacy services.
Literature relating to DI models adopted globally is reviewed and compared. Taking the positive points from these DI services, a model for an acute hospital to provide access to pharmacists providing direct patient care is..
