Background
Liposome mediated drug delivery consists an already approved cancer agent in a lipid envelope. The agent is carried through the bloodstream and delivered to disease sites.
Methods
Doxorubicinloaded Liposomes were prepared by the cast film method and was optimized for size and drug loading,particle size determined by Malvern zeta-seizer
