  • Abstract:

    Background

L-carnosine(CN) is a unique naturally occurring dipeptide anticancer drug. Several reports supported its strong anticancer activity as solution.

    Methods

Novel PEGylated liquid crystalline nanoparticles incorporating CN were formulated by emulsification method. Different formulation variables including; poloxamer-407, glyceryl
