BackgroundQ-methodology is a popular method in social sciences fields, but it is a relatively uncommon method in pharmacy field. There is limited research on elderly consumers’ view of community pharmacy (CP) services in Vietnam.
MethodsQ-methodology was used. 32 consumers over 60 years old were recruited in four pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh City,.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
