India has the highest occurrence of diabetes in the world with 31.7 million people afflicted with diabetes in the year 2000 and is expected to rise to 79.4 million by 2030.
The study was conducted for 350 rural citizens in and around the university campus comprising of three groups according to age in years, viz., adults (18-25),..
