Background
In 2007, a blended learning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course called MOAT (Management of Oral Anticoagulation Therapy) was developed for pharmacists wanting to establish anticoagulation services. The course combines self-paced online learning with experiential training opportunities in an anticoagulation clinic.Methods
