Pharmacists engaging in Pharmaceutical Care need skills to optimise responsible medication use and increase adherence.
PharmaAdhere was an interventional study (pre-post design). We combined e-learning with Objective Standardised Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) for emergency situations, initiation/implementation of medication therapy.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
