  • Abstract:


    Nucleic acid amplification is the most sensitive and specific method to detect (HCV) .However the polymerase chain reaction remains laboratory-based and has to be conducted by trained personnel , needs expensive equipment and can't be applied as point-of-care test  .


    The new method depends on  Recombinase Polymerase Amplification
