Background
The Chronic Medication Service (CMS) is a core part of the community pharmacy contract in Scotland and aims to improve pharmaceutical care for people with long term conditions (LTCs) hence it is essential pharmacy students understand CMS. This work designed, delivered and evaluated an experiential learning programme (ELP) for pharmacy.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
